How to Order
Because everything is made from scratch in small batches, lead time is essential — not a formality. Please review these policies before placing your order.
Lead Time Requirements
- All orders: 30 days minimum without exception
- Holiday, spring shower, and graduation season: 6–8 weeks strongly encouraged
- Custom colors or specialty items may require additional lead time
- We will always tell you honestly if we cannot accommodate your timeline
How to Place an Order
- Use our catering inquiry form or Email US
- Do not call the bar or bakery counter — those staff cannot process event orders
- Include your event date, guest count, desired items, and any dietary needs
- We respond within 2 business days with a confirmation or alternatives
Payment & Deposits
- 50% deposit required to confirm all catering orders
- Balance due 7 days before pickup or delivery
- We accept credit card, check, Venmo, and PayPal
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations fewer than 14 days before the event
Pickup & Delivery
- Most orders available for pickup at the bakery during store hours
- Local delivery available within 30 miles of Toccoa — confirm fee when ordering
- All items are packaged and labeled, ready to arrange on your table
- Arrange pickup no more than 4 hours before your event for best quality
Substitutions & Availability
- Seasonal items depend on what is available and good — we will not compromise on quality
- Minor substitutions may be necessary; we will always notify you before making any change
- Dietary accommodations (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan) available for many items — please inquire

- This is not the everyday Toccoa Bakery & Bar walk-in menu
- These items are not available for same-day purchase at the counter
- We do not offer hot meal service or wait staff through this program
