Curated sets receive a 15% discount on the combined piece total. Deposits refunded within 5 business days of return inspection. Prices subject to change; quoted prices held for 30 days from proposal date.
How It Works
Rental Policies
We want your rental experience to be as gracious as the table you set. Please review these policies before submitting your agreement.
Booking & Reservations
- Confirmed upon signed agreement and 50% booking payment
- Your date is not held until both are received
- Rush bookings under 5 business days carry a 15% surcharge
- Final item count due 72 hours before pickup or delivery
Rental Period
- Standard rental is 3 days — pickup/delivery the day prior, return the day after
- Extended days at 20% of base rental per additional day
- Overdue returns charged daily until items are received
- Weekend returns by arrangement only
Payments & Deposits
- 50% non-refundable booking payment due at signing
- Balance plus item deposits due 7 days before pickup
- Item deposits refunded within 5 business days of return
- We accept credit cards, check, Venmo, and PayPal
Cancellation
- 14+ days prior: booking payment retained only
- 7–13 days prior: 75% of total rental retained
- Fewer than 7 days: 100% of total rental retained
- One rescheduling within 90 days at no charge
Care & Returns
- Hand-rinse only — no dishwasher use on any rented piece
- Remove candles before return; wax drips incur a $15/piece cleaning fee
- Return items in the same containers provided
- Damage beyond normal use charged at replacement value
Damages & Losses
- Broken items charged at replacement value
- Lost items charged at 3× rental rate or replacement cost
- All claims in writing within 48 hours of inspection
- Disputes resolved within 10 business days
